If you’re like me and many of my clients, you’ve felt what it’s like to be what Nelson called a “Lone Ranger.” People who implement the IBC, who are on their way to becoming their own banker often feel isolated in the sea of financial and economic noise. Rarely, if ever, do we get the opportunity to be around other people who think like we do along the financial dimension.
It’s time to do something about that.
On October 15, 2022 at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden in Fort Worth, TX, James C. Neathery & Associates is hosting the first ever in-person live event!
We’re pretty excited!
From about 9 am to 4 pm that day, there will be three speakers: Dr. Paul Cleveland (former client of Nelson Nash, current Professor of Finance at Birmingham-Southern College, author of many books including, most recently, The Great Utopian Delusion), James Neathery, and myself.
Morning snacks, refreshments throughout the day, and a bonafide Texas BBW lunch will be served. As we finalize the schedule, we’re making sure to include plenty of time for Q&A, fellowship, and socializing, so that our clients from all over the country have the opportunity to get to know one another. A formal agenda will be provided to confirmed, ticketed attendees in the coming weeks.
And yes, attendance to the event is reserved exclusively for my clients and James’ clients. So I can’t give the link to purchase tickets here!

James and I are both deeply blessed to work with clients from all over the country. In this hyper-digital era, and given the nature of our work, we hardly ever get the chance to meet folks eyeball-to-eyeball. Plus, we know what it’s like — the Noise can be virtually impossible to shut out. Sometimes, the only thing that can really do it is to get around folks who think along the same lines as you, and who — all importantly — have actually taken action to change the trajectory of their family’s financial experience for generations to come.
That’s what this event is for. To give the people who have ears to hear what Nelson was called to teach, who muddled through the Noise online, many of whom eventually found the Banking with Life podcast, who took action and entrusted one of us with their business.
